While it doesn’t happen all that often, occasionally members have problems getting into a space. Maybe the office manager isn’t there to hear the bell or maybe the space has a smart lock that requires a code.
- Review the ‘Getting There’ and ‘Getting in’ section on the space profile. If a space has input general advice or instructions, you will see it in these sections.
- Check in, then click Space Info: If a space has input a door code, it will be revealed to you after checking in.
- If you are still unable to access the space, we recommend calling the space directly from your phone.
- If you’re still having trouble, you can contact us immediately via live chat, phone or email during business hours.
The first thing we’d recommend doing is calling the space directly from your phone. If you open up your app and click on the space you reserved, you will see a ‘contact’ option. Click on this to find the email and phone number for the space.
